QA-1 CE Single Piece Glass Lined Steel Reactors with Single Piece Agitators

QA1-CE glass-lined reactor area equipped with a removable (flanged) top head, designed for batch chemical and pharmaceutical processing. The carbon steel shell is internally coated with a fused glass lining, providing excellent corrosion resistance, chemical inertness, and product purity.

The removable cover allows easier internal inspection, maintenance, and agitator service compared to fully welded designs. QA1-CE reactors are commonly used for reaction, distillation, crystallization, and mixing applications involving corrosive media.
